curator, writer, researcher

I acted as assistant curator for the exhibition "Secrets of Making #3"/"Makersgeheimen #3" from February-June 2023 as part of my traineeship at the TextielMuseum in Tilburg, together with the curator Danique Klijs.
The exhibition, open from June 2023-May 2024, showcased seven international artists and designers who made works in the TextielLab from 2022-2023, with a family audience target group.
I was part of the exhibition project team, involved in the research and production phases of the exhibition, conducting interviews with the artists and product developers about their collaboration, preparing object lists and coordinating transport and loans with participating artists, coordinating and assisting and film shoots, managing volunteers who helped prepare materials for the exhibition, and assisting with exhibition design process and installation.
